Our main offices are located in Downtown Holland and we also own several buildings throughout downtown. Our buildings include a mixed-use space of retail, residential and office. Our West 8th Development between River and Pine consists of nearly the entire city block and features mixed uses of apartments, condos, offices, retail shops, restaurants and a boutique movie theater.
