Alpine Summit Shopping Center
The Alpine Summit shopping center was developed by Geenen DeKock from a vacant Kmart store. It now includes Marshalls, Home Goods, ULTA Beauty, Party City and more.

Downtown Holland
Our main offices are located in Downtown Holland and we also own several buildings throughout downtown. Our buildings include a mixed-use space of retail, residential and office. We are currently working on our West 8th Development of Downtown Holland in which we are developing almost an entire city block.

Harper Village Shopping Center
Located at the prime intersection of I-94 and M-66, Harper Village Shopping center is over 600,000 SF of retail anchored by Kohl’s and Menards and shadow anchored by Meijer, Sam’s Club, Lowe’s and Wal-Mart.

Developed by Geenen DeKock, this plaza includes Home Depot, Tractor Supply Company, Applebee’s, Arby’s and more.
Riley Plaza & Outlots
Located at US-31 and Riley, the Riley Street Plaza includes Target, Petco and Gamestop. Our out lots also include Verizon Wireless, Aspen Dental, Giordano’s, Logan’s Roadhouse, Panda Express, Sprint and Starbucks.
